Create positive change and innovation in your life, your work and your business

What we do
Through our one-to-one and group coaching, programs (TBA), and bespoke client projects, I help people like you develop and implement innovation to improve key aspects of your work, business and life.
Personal Coaching
Explore what’s important to you; discover and reclaim all of who you truly are at your core, so you can congruently realise your greater potential.
Dive deep into your relationship with your thoughts, feelings, emotions and actions, so you can better understand yourself to evolve and grow.
Develop personal leadership, and your relationship with self, as a basis for how you relate to and/or lead others.
Group & Team Coaching
Life is a shared journey – when shared with others, it is enriched in many ways. Sharing such an experience with a group or team brings many benefits, such as shared insights and experiences, diverse perspectives, collaboration, and more.
Client Projects
We believe working on meaningful projects can be a profound way create impactful change and foster learning and development.
We offer coaching, consulting and guidance for bespoke client projects, integrating our coaching and development methodologies to do just that.

innovation (n)
restoration, renewal; a novel change, experimental variation, new thing introduced in an established arrangement
To restore – but with new perspective, new wisdom, or remembering that which has been forgotten
To renew – approach with renewed enthusiasm, renewed focus, passion, values
A novel change or experimental variation – with the aim of achieving and creating better outcomes
A new thing – new people, with new skills, knowledge, perspectives – introduced in an established arrangement
Why the emphasis on ‘innovation’?
It might seem like another one of those clichéd terms, like ‘proactive’, ‘dynamic’, ‘agile’…
However, when and where we desire a different outcome, a better outcome than what we’re currently experiencing – this requires innovation, a ‘change’ in variables.
Learning and Innovation
Learning and innovation go hand-in-hand. There is no innovation without learning – learning about the context, environment, the variables, causality and relationships… And all learning is innovation – introducing new knowledge into an established arrangement of current knowledge.
